Principal Residence: The property must be your primary home.

Age Requirement: All leaseholders must be 18 years or older.

  • Proof of identity: You will need to complete a 100-point ID check. This can include a driver’s licence, passport, or other government-issued photo ID for each applicant. We need this to verify who you are.
  • Proof of income: To confirm you meet the income requirements for the scheme, we’ll need documents such as your latest ATO statement from the most recent financial year, payslips covering at least 2 consecutive pay periods, recent Centrelink Income Statement.This helps us ensure the homes go to those the scheme is designed to support. 
  • Rental History: Information about your previous tenancies, including references from past landlords or property managers, helps us understand your reliability as a tenant.

Applying is straight forward!
